The Rockies are home to some of Canada’s most photogenic landscapes. During this photographic tour, we will focus on the area around Lake Louise, photographing some of the most stunning locations in Banff and Yoho national parks.
While the beginning of the fall is undoubtedly the best season to photograph the change of the colors, the famous alpine larch trees thrive in sheltered North facing basins between 1800-2400m above sea level. This means they are going to take a bit of work via hiking to photograph.
Our photographic tour of the Canadian Rockies will include most of the classic locations and some hidden gems.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the locations we will visit :
Lake Moraine, Lake Louise, Two Jacks Lake, Emerald Lake.
