- Iceland Aurora PhotoExploration
Join Mike Shipman on an intimate exploration of the unique shapes and forms and stunning landscapes of this amazing country, from glaciers to black sand beaches, turf-covered and red-roofed churches, craggy mountains rising from the sea, and don’t forget shaggy horses and sheep. Maybe a reindeer or an arctic fox. And don’t forget the clear, dark skies for astrophotography and the northern lights when the weather permits. In addition to landscape photography, Iceland is an excellent place to explore your photographic vision through the practice of using your senses beyond just vision. Daily discussions, information, and exercises will lead to better understanding and awareness of your own senses and perceptions and their influence on what and how you photograph.
